This simple workbook will help you get honest and develop crystal clarity on what you want your life to look like and how you want to feel each day. It will also help you uncover what you believe the reasons are that you don’t currently have the life you want. You’ll share your answers with me and then, with this foundation, we can dive straight into our coaching session and get you unstuck so you can start to build a life you love.
Get Unstuck and Get Moving:
In this 90-minute coaching session, via a video call, we’ll identify what your main goal is and the main belief you have that’s keeping you stuck. By the end of the session you’ll understand the purpose of your critical voice (and yes, it does have a purpose) and you’ll learn strategies to overcome it. You’ll also have a plan of action steps for you to finally start moving forward with building the life of your dreams.
Two weeks later we’ll catch up in a 30-minute session to see how you’ve been doing. You’ll reflect on what you’ve learnt about yourself and celebrate! You’ll leave the session with a plan to keep moving. You’ll feel excited and hopeful about building the life of your dreams!

Step 2: Within 24 hours of making your payment, you’ll receive an email from me with a Coaching Agreement for you to sign via e-signature and your Clarity Guide Workbook. No need to print it, you can type into the workbook directly. Please complete and return them both to me at least 24 hours before our first session.
